I tried this on the staircase, as i dont have a step, and my knees are hurting bad:( anyone know of an easier way that this can be done? or an alternate exercise?

I unfortunately lack anything to perform these on, except for the stairs... and well, my biggish feet get in the way!
Did my daily cardio - 15 minutes on the elliptical, and 15 minutes on the treadmill.
Even brought myself up to a run on several occasions0 -
did this on a step at the gym, but think I shoulda found something higher (will practice when no-ones looking!)0
