Called in to work...2 workouts this afternoon?

I'm on day 2 of Kickstart and I just got called in to work. If I had known I was going to work today, I would have gotten up early to do the AM workout, but I didn't know until now I had to go in.

My plan is to get out of work and do the AM workout at around 2, and then the PM workout sometime this evening.

What do you think?

I'm so frustrated - it seems like every time I make a good plan and schedule things, "life" happens and throws it all off. It's like the universe wants to keep me fat! LOL

    I'd probably just do them both together, but whatever works best for your schedule :D
    I've been trying to do 2 a day when I can, and when I do, I do them both at night.

    Keep it up! :) And just think of how proud you'll feel that you did it even though you had to work when you didn't expect to :)
