Challenge for the week of the 19th

Exercise- Do 25 squats

Food- Drink all my water 8- 8oz glasses

NSV- Try to not weigh myself every day. I have become a little obsessed w/ what the scale says and beat myself up pretty bad if there is a gain. I need to just do it one day a week.

    I have always been obsessive about weighing myself. The great thing is that since I have started using MFP I have only been weighing on my one designated day of the week, except when I wanted to sync up my weigh-in with my moms lol Good Luck!
