Tuesday 3/20 What are your Goals

I am a very result oriented person so I like to have a todo list and cross stuff off my list. I decided to treat my weight loss the same way and brake it down into little tasks and rewards.

Lose 25- Mani/Pedi Achieved the end of February
Lose 50- Hair color
Lose 100- $100.00 shopping spree
Meet goal- New tattoo.

this way the road doesn't seem as long and overwhelming. I have also set a fitness goal for myself. April 28 I am running a 5k. Here I come runners you better look out :)
