This is a fabulous group. I hate people's "You don't need to lose weight" kneejerk reaction simply because I watch what I eat and exercise regularly. I watch what I eat and exercise regularly because I want to be strong and healthy!
I'm a vegetarian and I love running, dancing, lifting, and HIIT.
Some of my personal challenges for 2012 include:
0. Run a mile in under 7 minutes.
0. Comple a chin-up from a dead-hang.
0. Jillina Michaels' "Ripped in 30" (just got it from the library!)
0. Consume a minimum of 60 grams of protein daily.
0. Eliminate diet sodas.
0. Get a grip on my sweet tooth.
All of you ladies are incredibly supportive and inspirational. It can be hard to keep up with all of your posts, but I'll do my best!
