Going to try a NY style cheesecake today

Today I am going to try to make a NY style cheesecake. At the moment I have most of the ingredients warming to room temp on the counter. I'm not sure what I will flavour it as. The chocolate one looks interesting. I guess I will wing it as I go. I hope it turns out.

It tasted pretty good. It was missing something though. I'm not sure what. I am on a fast day today, but I plan to break my fast with another piece. I may top it with some protein fluff, or maybe just some crushed strawberries or something like that.0

The something missing, at least one thing that did it for me, was maple flavored protein fluff. I topped it with that, and it was amazing.
