online workouts

when i pull up an online work out such as a 10 min ab work out or a 20 min lower body workout .. how do i log that in my exercise... they do several different exercises and don't know what to classify them as

The whole classifying exercise thing on MFP is tough...because there are so many types of them.
If you really want an accurate cals burned count, use a heart rate moniter.
Otherwise, your best guess it all you got. :grumble:0
