Transformation Goals?

I have lost 69 lbs over several years, going up and down. Even down to 178lbs! I was not healthy. I have shot back up and I am now changing my lifestyle in a way that is doable forever. Slowly but surely reaching my goals. I'm not sure exactly how many lbs I need to lose, but probably over 40lbs. I am lifting weights 3 days a week and doing cardio for 2 days. After that I would like to focus on building more muscle to stay in shape and healthy for the long term!

    I'm only down 10 pounds so far but I'm dreaming of being in the "healthy" range, for my height that's 104-140. I'm trying to take smaller bites in the meantime, so my current short term goals are...

    Phase 1- I'd like to lose the 20 pounds I've gained over the winter so I don't have to buy summer clothes. (Halfway there!)
    Phase 2- Lose the next 25 pounds then start couch25k (I'm waiting until I can gain more endurance and lose a little so it's easier on my joints and I'm more likely to stick to it).
