anyone got any good training advice for fore arms ,
doing wrist curls and hammers .looking to add 1or2 new ones

    I think it's probably not going to be an effective use of time if you're looking to add additional forearm work above and beyond what you've listed, and many people do fine with no direct forearm work due to all the heavy compounds (pulling movements should hit them indirectly).

    Not trying to sidestep your question.

    What sidesteal says. I work my forearms doing chins, deads and rows. Kroc rows are great for the forearms

    I had no idea wrist curls were an actual exercise until a mate was doing them one day.

    I just do pullups, rows, deadlifts etc. The big compounds. WOrks for me.

    Do you use lifting gloves?

    If so, don't use them during pulling movements. You will get a big pump from your forarms and then you can actually start hitting them to burn them out with isolation movements.

    thanks for the response ,just checked out kroc rows like em ,dont use gloves but use lifting straps for big lifts ,will try to go heavier before using them
