feeling so very tired

I just called and made an appointment with my doctor having made the decision to start the mini pill to hopefully regulate my cycle. It's been almost 3 years that I have been dealing with this and I know that compared to others, I'm not having such a hard time with peri-menopause but these periods every 2 weeks lasting for days is just draining me.
I started in January with MFP hoping a change to healthier eating, weight loss and an exercise routine would maybe help but my hormones are not that easily tamed. I'm taking medication for the painful cramps that seem to be getting worse.
I started a period this morning, less than two weeks from the last and I am just feeling so tired.
I just needed to vent a bit :flowerforyou:

I have had a period for over two months...Put on continuous BC pills, to no avail......I am 48 and fed up...Developed anemia and B12 deficiency....I keep telling the gyno to pull it out...lol I am a high risk for surgery so they will not operate... He wants to put in an IUD but heard many negative things about them....I am thinking about Depo....but the risk of osteoporosis is very high......Tried everything in herbal and vitamins.....Seeing gyno in May again...so much fun.....I wonder if maybe it will fall out.....LOL0
