Certain moves in Level 3

Hey Everyone!
Im on day 8 of Level 2. I've defenietly gotten stronger since I started but still cant do a real push up. Everything else Im fine with. I tried Level 3 yesterday to see if I could do it. There are certain moves, one in particular that is so hard for me, the Superman. Where you lay on your stomach and use your body to raise your legs and arms. That one is a killer and its the only move out of all of them that I cant even do one of.

Does anyone else have trouble with this one or have any advice on why it's so hard for me. :smile:

    I'm on D7L2 and the pushups are challenging for me as well...at first I couldn't do modified pushups and now I'm doing great. I'm just extending my legs now and dipping ever so lightly. I just do my best because each day gets better and better. I've found that this workout not as intense as L1...on some days I add both for a 50min workout.... I suggest just take it day by day and do your best because your sure going to do better today than you did yesterday.
