Here's the place to share our post-30DS results!

And now, I'm a few days away from hopping back on board the 30DS train. Ready to lose this baby weight! :)

    I have week one results:

    the only changes have been:

    1. half inch off hips
    2. 1 inch off the waist (below belly button line)

    I actually gained a pound, not so great, but I have been eating bigger breakfasts so not sure what that's about, gonna try to ignore the scale. :happy:

    Dont worry about the weight gain! It is actually very common for you to gain at the beginning and sometimes throught, but you do loose lots of inches. Great job on completing week 1!

    *sigh* Okay, now I'm not generally one to want to share pictures, but I feel compelled to do so because I know when *I* was looking at 30 DS before/after shots, most of the photos were of people who weighed a bit more than myself, and I wished I could find more that were more akin to my starting point...to get a better idea of how it might improve my own body, you know?

    So, I haven't exactly been on the ball with measuring or photos, but I did manage to get one a day or two after I started shredding, and then on the morning of Day 10 - so about a third of the way done. Just thought I'd share my level 1 "results" so far, I guess.

    I swear I look pregnant in the D2 shots, but I'm not! I think it's a combination of awkward angle (my back was kinda twisted a little), bad posture, and a food baby (eating too much).

    The real improvement I see is in this shot...my belly looks so much smoother on the edges, if that makes sense.

    (I apologize for basically groping myself in that last shot :P)

    Welp...that's that so far. I'm happy with how things are going, at least. I know it's not a huge difference but I'm definitely feeling better/stronger, and that's what's important! Kinda interested to see how/if I'll be different at the end of Level 2 now.

    Just wanted to say this DVD really works!!! I started it April the 2nd and completed Level one on the 18th I took a few days off here and there to do other cardio and also to give my body and mind a break I get burnt out on things fast. But I have lost 4 pounds so far so I am really excited to see what the end holds for me :)

    I just did 2 weeks of level 1 with cardio days mixed in. I ended up doing the shred 8 times. I lost 1.2 pounds and 6.75 total inches. Started level 2 today so we'll see how that goes!

    Wow! Has it been 30 days already?! I just finished my last day and am pretty proud that I've stuck with it for the entire 30 days!! I've lost a total of 12.25 inches and 3 pounds! Im pretty satisfied with my results. The scale didn't move until this past week, so I was frustrated and discouraged for awhile. Thank you to myfitnesspal friends for keeping me motivated!!

    Not much of a difference, but I have to say that I feel much stronger and willing to keep working out. I did all three levels like Anita and only did 30DS (no extra workout). Will try to post my before and after fotos later on (I need help on this).

    Fishined up! My weight stayed the same :( but the biggest difference was the 2 inches OFF OF EACH THIGH that I lost! Woot!!

    I'm posting this now, even though I technically still have today to do :P But this is close enough as I can't imagine a huge difference between how I am today vs. tomorrow. Lost about 7 pounds total! Woohoooo...
