Today's run workout...
1km warm up followed by 400m reps with 200m walking recovery
speeds as follows:
16kph x 4 (6:02 minute mile)
16.5kph x 2 (5:51 mm)
17kph x2 (5:41 mm)
17.5kph x2 (5:31 mm)
Then 200m reps with 200m walking recovery:
18kph x 1 (5:22 mm)
19kph x 1 (5:05 mm)
20kph x 1 (4:50 mm)
Holy monkey poo - quicker than 5 minute miles ??? Didn't know I was capable of that! Wonder if the treadmill was being generous?

Amazing times but I'm more impressed that you can even run on the treadmill at that speed. I feel like I'm bombing along at 10kph and concentrating very hard not to fall off!0

Just takes practice... and some 'mills are better than others....0
