Hi Mamas,
So 9 months later I've decided I've had enough of still holding on to these 40 something extra pounds after baby. Even when I found out I was preggers, I was still over what I should be.... so I have a nice long road ahead of me. I'm working out with the C25k program slow and steady! Anywho I'm super confused on where I should log breastfeeding. My guy does to table foods from time to time and on a good day he has 2 meals, but is pretty much solely bf. Should it be under exercise or food?

Hi there welcome, i normally log it under my food thats how you know how many calories you need for the day, add me and you can check my dairy if that helps0
