Hi,
Page 62-67 Chapter 7 of the book explains what your calorie intake should be so I tried the RMR equation example on page 63 and didnt come up with 1254 calories
795 + 7.18x64(kilos) = 1254? I got 51339.52 lol WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

795 + 7.18x64(kilos) = 1254? I got 51339.52 lol WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
You have to multiply 7.18 by 64 first and then add the 795. It should look like this.
795 + 459.52= 1254
You added 7.18 onto 795 and then multiplied it by 64 to get 51339.52.
Always do the brackets first in a mathematical equation. Hope this helps0 -
