Hi everyone I am Tracy. I started on mfp again after starting last year and then quitting. This year I will do it. I have already lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks. On March first I gave up all soda, sugared drinks, candy, ice cream, chips, all my weakness. I still do eat cookies, but 2 instead of 10. I am learning to cook healthy food for my self and for my kids too. I don't want them to go up like me. So I look forward to getting to know all of you.
