    Before the gym: coffee with heavy whipping cream
    After the gym: 3 eggs, a bit of left-over pot roast from last night, and more coffee with heavy whipping cream

    Same for me today, 2 eggs fried in bacon drippings, 2 strips of bacon.

    1 cup sliced kiwi with skin
    6 kumquats
    3 medium hardboild eggs from my grandmother-in-law's pet chickens

    I eat while driving and its the easiest to pre-package for the week, grab, and go!
