Planning - If I plan I do really well, if I don't then it all goes to the sticks. That mostly means my food intake but also stretches to my workouts.0

Overcoming a plateau before I lose interest is a huge challenge for me.0

Chocolate... it's still my biggest weakness.
I know I do enough exercise that it doesn't really matter too much, but there are times when I have some chocolate biccies and Bang! the packet's gone in 60 seconds!!! :devil: :noway:
But as long as I keep burning 1000 exercise calories a day, I can afford my chocolate fix! :laugh:0
