Guidance please!

I am just starting to learn about this eating more to lose more business. I've been doing 1200, burning a ton, and then eating back. I am not losing, breaking out all over, and very tired. So I knew something was up. After research on here and talking with some of you doing it awhile, I am realizing I need to eat more.

Now, I am confused about what days I eat only BMR and what days to eat TDEE x 15%, etc. And how to set it up on MFP. HELP!

I do heavy cardio 4 times a week and strength with light cardio 2 days per week, with one rest day.

My BMR is 1516 and my TDEE is 2350.

    I already have figured that I need to set my daily goal at 1932 which is TDEE x 15%.

    pardon bad typing please
    set mfp goals for you to have a goal of 1932 each day- then enter exercise and eat those cals- this adjusts your numbers for you and you won't have to think about it.
