I'm sure this has been posted before, sorry! I noticed on another thread someone thought you are supposed to do 2days and then take a day off.
I'm supposed to start L2 today, did L1 for 10 days straight.
(oh I just watched L2 and Jillian just said " See you tomorrow")

I'm doing it every other day. Not sure what your supposed to do, but evey other day works for my schedule.0

She said in an interview that you're supposed to do two days on then one day cardio, two more days on, one day cardio, then a rest day0
