Looking forward to it :-)
Would love to know from people who are already doing NROL - what does your weekly workout schedule look like?
I'm definitely not stopping cardio, I think it's important to have balance, with everything in life!
Would also love some MFP friends who have just started, about to start, well into it, or finished! :-)

Week 2 Sunday off Monday WOB, Tuesday Cardio, Wednesday WOA, Thursday off, Friday WOB
Not recommended that you do cardio and weights on the same day. Give lifting all you got on lifting days.0 -
I've actually had to morph my work-out schedule with each progressive stage of NROL4W.
So, currently, I am:
Lifting M/W/F - am also doing "the body matrix" for about 10 minutes on certain lifting days AFTER I lift.
T/Th - HIIT (on bike) and stretching
Sat - steady-state cardio
Sun - stretching (and sometimes a little HIIT)0 -
I just started today! I'm only planning on two lifting days a week right now, with cardio on the other days. I don't have all the equipment I need for proper workouts and it will take me a few more weeks to aquire them (Mother's Day and my birthday aren't too far off). Add me if you like!0

sun OFF or 60 minute leisurely walk OR 60 minute funtime in the pool
mon - NROL4W + 30 mins cardio (15 mins running warm up, 15 mins on versaclimber post lifting)
tues - 15 mins easy cardio to loosen up + 60 min yoga
wed - 60 mins cardio (rowing, treadmill) - mainly aerobic HIIT
thursday - NROL4W + 30 mins cardio
fri - 45 min spinning
sat - NROL4W + 30 mins cardio
thats my main schedule.. if i'm feeling like it i'll add an additional water aerobics class since it's primarily me just splashing around in the pool
i'm only on stage 1 now, but when the NROL workouts get longer i'll be shortening that cardio time a bit.0
