Post your initial Fit test results here and when you do the next fit test edit your post so they are all in one place. It will be exciting to see everyones progress!

Don't forget to take pictures and measurements before you start too so you can track your progress that way and you want to get your free t shirt!

    I did my first fit test today and got decent results: 115, 60, 84, 30, 11, 40, 21, 57. (formatting suggestions?)
    I won't be sending in my before and after pics though. I wouldn't give a company pictures of my body, especially 'before' pictures to use as they please in marketing for a measly free t-shirt.

    I came to the same conclusion regarding giving the company pics for a T-shirt. I want to control where those pics go!

    BTW, those are amazing results for the fit test! For switch kicks, did you count each kick as a rep, or every other kick as a rep? The instructions said 2 kicks = 1 rep.

    Power Jacks: 41
    Power Knees: 91
    Power Jumps: 35
    Globe Jumps: 6
    Suicide Jumps: 15
    Push-up Jacks: 45 (did plank jacks instead of the pushups due to elbow)
    Low Plank Oblique: 45

    Judging by how tired I am after the fit test, this will be a long 60 days but I'm EXCITED!!!

    Ok. I started today and did my fit test. One thing I noticed is I am definitely going to have to buy a workout mat. My tile floors are extremely slippery especially when doing the low plank obliques and I couldn't keep steady. So hopefully my next fit test will show really good results:

    I was so excited to have started today and just found this group right after i complete the fit test and searched for results.

    yeah that is awesome! great job. my fit test will not be until next sunday but i really am excited now that some of the initial soreness from these workouts have worked their way to not be so bad to really condition my body and get to the level where i see some improvement on the fit tests.

    Did Better on every exercise except the Suicide Jumps, which I'm now convinced I mis-counted on the original test. I did this one at the park, the weather was beautiful, I brought my laptop out and my dogs watched me going insane! There must be a time limit on 'edit' post function, lame.

    I finished this about 30 minutes ago and still feel like I'm going to throw up...that's how you know it was good! hahahaha

    Supposed to do the Fit Test but wanted to burn more calories so I did Pure Cardio Instaed.
