How many mg of sodium are you consuming in a day...I have not lost as much as I thought I would so far having stayed in the Atkins induction phased. I feel like I may be consuming too much. 2200-2500mg in a day.

Some days I get around 2000mg and some days it's has high as 4000. I don't worry about sodium because I only retain water when I have too many carbs.
