Need to start over...feeling crappy...

I feel like I need to put it out there (for my own accountability) that I need to "restart" the program. I had a sputtering start on Monday and have never gotten full momentum. I'm somone who likes structure and I allowed too many other things to get in the way of following the program as outlined.

I recently completed a similar program (Power 90) from late November to late February and was successful. I lost 38 lbs (I've gained 3-4 back, based on the day...I'm shocked it's not more) and really loved the structure of early morning workouts.

I know I can do this...I just feel like I need to have a restart with a clean slate.

Just posting so I can keep myself accountable and honest.

So, Monday, March 26th is the day!

    You can do it! At least you're being honest with yourself and others. I'm in a similar boat. I started the program, got through 2 weeks and then got the stomach flu and the next couple weeks were busy (student/work). However, I'm working out in addition to the program, so part of the reason I think I was not as motivated is because the first couple weeks seemed a little easy. So, I'm starting at Week 3 on April 2nd.

    We all have our vices---just make sure you start again Monday and make a little calendar to motivate yourself--that way you can check off each day you complete the workout (hang it somewhere you would see often). You know you can do it since you already completed a similar structured program!
