Perfect timing! I just rejoined after being gone for awhile and I think this will be the perfect challenge for me. I got so discouraged that I canceled my profile and said screw it - this is just my destiny that I will be fat for the rest of my life. That is not the attitude I need to have. I rejoined and know with the support here I can do this!

Weight-loss goal: 15 lbs.
Exercise goal: exercise 4 times a week.
Nutrition goal: Eat more fruits and vegetables.
