I've lost 4 lbs since I startted this challenge 2 weeks ago. Maybe I won't make my 10 lb goal by 4/13 but hopefully I'll get at least 8. I'd be happy with that0

down another 1.5lbs! thats 8lbs towards the 10lbs in 4 weeks goal.. idk how much of that is maybe water weight tho. ive been working hard (but healthy) but its going faster than i thought it would..0

Still at 3.2 lbs lost for the week .....I'm sure it's water weight but after working out this week I feel so Much better!0

I weighed into and gained 1.6 lbs but I am chalking it up to my Birthday Dinners. I ate grwat all weer excrpt Thursday night had mexican and last night wentto Red Lobster. I know its because I had a big meal ladt night and weighed in first thing this morning. So I'm going to continue to work hard snd re weigh mysekf on wednesday.0
