Snuck a peek at measurements

I have Workout 2 and Cardio to do today (missed yesterday so doubling up today), and then it will be the end of Week 1. I was a little discouraged to see the scale not move at all, but I did just take a quick measurement check and I've lost 1 inch in my chest, rib cage, waist and abdomen each!!!! It definitely helped me feel better about not losing any lbs. yet. I know that the most important thing is for the measurements to change, but when you've got 50+ pounds to lose, the scale needs to move at some point!

I'm with you! It's so discouraging when you know you're putting in the work but the scale stays put. I'll tell you from experience though, it seems like when the scale's not moving for me, THAT'S when people at work and the gym tell me I look like I've lost more weight! So don't let lost inchs alone get you down. You've got to be doing something right!!
