Tape Measure To Track Progress!

I always heard of using a tape measure to track your progress and I thought it was silly. Three weeks ago I picked up a "MyoTape"(easy to use). I haven't lost a ton of weight in the last three weeks. But I have lost half an inch in my weist every week for the last three weeks. I wouldn't know that if I had not measured it!!
