Week 2

So I took yesterday off because my fridays are crazy and I need that to be my one day off, so I decided to just begin the week 2 schedule today so that I'm lined up with the schedule now (6 days on 1 off).
Today, I had to do Cardio Axe and Sculpt- what the hell an hour and a half?! lol Now that this was the third time I've done cardio axe, I have to admit I actually broke a sweat since I'm doing all the moves, so that's a good thing. Looking in the mirror, still seeing changes in my abs, just wish I would see them in my legs- guess that will be the last place to get in shape ugh.

Great job! I got TOM today and could not make myself work out due to my cramps This means I am TWO days behind for week 1. I will be picking up where I left off tomorrow, and hoping that it will still be ok.0

hello ladies!! Today is day one of week 2. I am doing Sculpt today for the first time, and am pretty excited!!! I took my rest day on Saturday instead of Sunday since I was out of town and busy wedding dress shopping!! My friend and I did cardio axe yesterday which actually wasn't that bad. Ive realized that it doesnt matter if I can get the exact moves down as long as I keep moving, I still work up a sweat!0

sculpt is a great workout!. I think I do it 3 times this week? My week 2 began Saturday, and I did it then and today in combo with other videos. Hopefully you'll have the same experience that you'll get a better cardio workout the more you do the video- that's how it's going for me. I can't "shake it" exactly like those girls lol but I'm pushing myself harder each time since I don't have to study the screen as much for the moves.

AHH! tried ankle weights with high and tight today and I don't think I'll be able to walk by this afternoon!0

had to take off yesterday and today due to craziness in my schedule... will probably be up doing work all night long ugh. Hoping that I will have the energy to work out tomorrow before dinner even if I don't get any sleep tonight0

I completely understand that. Its been a busy week for me too and Ive worked late a few days. Ive taken two extra rest days this week I worked out monday, wednesday, and today (saturday) and will be doing 2 dvd's tomorrow. Keep up the work ladies!! We can do it!!0
