I am new here and hope to stay on track with my plan better by posting and holding myself accountable to post :) I have my bikini that I can fit into but need some serious toning!

My game plan is to double up Ripped In 30 with 6 Week Six Pack at least 4 times per week.

Starting:

Weight - 138.4
R. Arm - 12
L. Arm - 12
R. Leg - 23
L. Leg - 23
Waist - 30.5
Chest - 37
Hips - 38.5

    When are you starting?? I have done Ripped in 30 previously but stalled out and didn't go past week 2. I was just thinking today that I need to double up and though about the 6 week abs. There were too many people on the lake this weekend, was a reminder it's that time. LOL I will do it with you! Our "stats" are close to the same.
