Think and Grow Thin

I just wanted to put it out there. The book Think and Grow Thin is really good for the mental aspects of weight loss. It talks a lot about why heavier people fail at their weight loss and how to think through your problems. There are some motivational stories and phrases. There is an exercise plan and meal plan but I don't follow them.
I just wanted to share this with you because when I'm feeling a little discouraged I pick it up and give it a read.

Sounds interesting, I will look for it.
I recently read a book called I Can Make You Thin, by Paul McKenna I think. Its mostly about the power of positive thinking, and comes with a meditaion cd to listen to. I put it on my ipod and have been listening to it at night when I go to bed. I dont know if its making me thin, but I do feel like its helped to replace the negative thoughts with positive ones.0
