Wholly crap I won!
Okay so for this week’s challenge I want to keep track of exercise minutes throughout the week. The winner of the challenge will be the person who logs the most minutes of exercise this week.
A little twist to this challenge will be if you try a new exercises than it will count for double minutes. Everyone can log their exercises and I will pronounce the winner at the end of the week.
The challenge will run from Monday to Saturday so good luck to all and hopefully we all get to try something new this week.
