Anyone drink while on low carb and still lose weight? Also, anyone know how many carbs in Capt. Morgan's rum? Thanks!

    i wrote to the captain morgan website and they told me it was only .4 carbs and 75 calories. that for 1/4 ounce .so i am guessing you times it by 4

    I did!! :D I was drinking distilled spirits and diet coke. 0g carbs ;)

    Obviously not best to drink every day but a couple of weekends a month didn't do me any harm. I found I got drunk quite quickly though as all the stodgy foods I'd normally eat to line my stomach are a 'no no' on low carb! lol
