    Love it! It seems like it's saying that sweet potatoes are totally paleo but other potatoes only if you are skinny? I'm currently avoiding both because I'm not skinny yet, but I've been wondering when I might be able to add them in.

    Good question; one I can't answer because I follow 'Diet Evolution' rather than Paleo. DE, though basically paleo/primal, takes a dimmer view of sugars and starches than both Paleo and Primal.

    I am not skinny yet either but I do eat sweet potatoes before my long runs as pre and post exercise nutrition (with fat and protein as well).
