I assume we are each creating our own thread of our own journey..?
Here is my starting data:
Weight-loss goal: I'd like to be down about 20 lbs from where I am today.
Non-scale goal: Shopping for sizes found in Aeropostale. I love their stuff - but they don't have sizes bigger than 16/18. I'm a 20 now. Was there this weekend buying clothes for my family for Spring Break vacation. Everyone was able to get something except me.
Exercise goal: To do some sort of exercise every day. I am currently doing C25K on Mon, Weds, Friday, Zumba Toning on Tues and Zumba on Saturday. Looking to add strength training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sunday I'd just like to get a walk in, as I should have a day of "rest," right?
Nutrition goal: I'm always on the run - trying to grab fast meals here and there. Part of the reason why I am as big as I am. I have been making better decisions, but want to try and plan better for more *real* foods - home prepared.
