protein snacks

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to find some easy high protein snacks I can eat throughout the day at work. Anyone have any good examples, I'm running low on ideas.

    I struggle with this to, but these are options I take with me to work for snacking: cottage cheese, greek yogurt, almonds, egg muffins (bake scrambled egg whites in muffin tins with veggies and/or meat and reheat when you want to eat).

    hello. i have also struggled with this some; i'm always wanting quick proteins i can take to work... if you do cheese (some clean eaters do and some don't), string cheese is an easy one. and of course there are protein powders--if you can find one that's low in sugar. i do add the EAS whey vanilla every now and then to my shakes, and that always kicks my protein numbers up over the recommended. don't forget natural peanut butter, too. i'm off to check out that jamie eason link...
