I hope this is a good omen....My name is Pam...I'm 63, and I need to lose 30 lbs. I have special needs ...I am a rancher...on the go all day...too tired to worry about cooking at night....so I get in the house after dark...grab the first, fastest thing I can find to eat and then head to bed....WRONG>>WRONG>>>WRONG....I KNOW it....but that doesn't change the fact that I'm too tired to deal with it at the end of the day....have been thinking about Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem meals....since I could probably stick them in the microwave...but they are $$$ and I can't be sure they will work.....suggestions please???

    Make your own frozen dinners. pick 1 day a week and cook enough meals to last the rest of the week and freeze them, it will be alot cheaper then jenny craig plus since your making them yourself you control the calories per meal and no preservative and when your hungry and tired you can nuke them :)
