What snacks do you eat in the car?

I do a lot of driving and find this a danger time for me. I used to just graze, fill up with fuel and grab a chocolate bar, see a drive by and stop for a burger.
I have found that small things that I can nibble on seem to work. Blueberries, sunflower seeds. I am not hungry, just bored, so something that takes time to pick up and eat.
Any other ideas to stop the driving from ruining a good food day?
