Not sure if this is a good week or a bad week, I'm having some personal problems at the moment which have been very stressful. At least now that manifests itself with under eating (which I know is not good) rather than comfort eating.
It's my birthday next week (Monday) so I expect I will over indulge at some point over the weekend, but I will try to keep it to a minimum and will check in as usual.0 -

03/06/2012: 201.0 (+2.4)
03/13/2012: 199.2 (-1.8)
03/20/2012: 202.2 (+3)
03/27/2012: 200.6 (-1.6)
I'm really sort of trying to figure out what my weight should be doing - I mean, I'm lifting weight, so I am trying to put on muscle, but I still have a little fat hanging around, so I'm trying to lose a bit of that. I measure at the end of the month, though, so I think I'll use that as more of a progress indicator.
In the meantime, just gonna keep on chuggin' along.
