    Not sure if this is a good week or a bad week, I'm having some personal problems at the moment which have been very stressful. At least now that manifests itself with under eating (which I know is not good) rather than comfort eating.

    It's my birthday next week (Monday) so I expect I will over indulge at some point over the weekend, but I will try to keep it to a minimum and will check in as usual.

    I'm really sort of trying to figure out what my weight should be doing - I mean, I'm lifting weight, so I am trying to put on muscle, but I still have a little fat hanging around, so I'm trying to lose a bit of that. I measure at the end of the month, though, so I think I'll use that as more of a progress indicator.

    In the meantime, just gonna keep on chuggin' along.
