Learning that I will have good and bad days.

I'm learning I will have good and bad days, but the bad days aren't all that bad. I'm thinking that some of it has to do with changes in weight and medications.
I have been tiring out pretty easy, but I seem to bounce back after a short nap or resting. Thinking my body is still learning how to deal with everything. Try to make sure that I am getting enough protein in as well as water.
I keep going though, which is a big difference from the past.

So true that we have some days that are better than others! I agree about keeping the protein levels up as well as drinking a lot of water! Are you post surgery?

this is so true...I tire more easily right now as well, usually by noon I am ready for bed...I took a nap today and it made a difference. I am bloated alot an still sore. But all days are good, they just have their bad parts. Think of it that way and you will feel beeter about all that is going on. Remember we are only a day apart, so we are pretty much feeling the same way., I tend to not be able to sit still, so this is killing me...walking tires me out. Not only are our bodies trying to figure out what the hell we did to them, we are asking ourselves that on a daily basis.

This too shall pass, then we will kick some @$^ (ryhmes with pass ;)

I can't complain, because I am moving more now then I did before surgery and I actually am in a better mood now then before. I tire out in the afternoon, so I am finding even if I don't go to sleep, but just lay down and relax for awhile, I am energized from that and I now go to bed much earlier than I use to, so when I get up in the morning it is much easier for me to start the day faster than it was before surgery.
This is definitely a learning process, but I have so much positive feedback from my family and friends it makes it so much easier.
