I am new :D

Hello,
My name is Jessica Williams. I have been using MFP for a few months now, but I figured I would get in on some of the posts that have been happening! A little about myself: I am 20 years old, I am getting my personal training certification in may, then after that I have planned to get certified in pilates, TRX, and agility training. Also a major thing that is happening for me this summer is I am getting married!!! I need to lose a couple inches before the wedding though because my dress doesn't fit anymore, I am not overweight by any means. :( Things got really stressful once January 2012 hit, I got a new job working at the YMCA, wedding plans, and studying for my training. And you know what stress can do to you....your cortisol levels go up and boom, you have gained some weight. So that is my goal for June...to fit into my dress and to be less stressed!

    Welcome! Congrats on your pending nuptials. Sounds like you have a good working knowledge of fitness! What is TRX?

    Welcome!! Seems like you will easily meet your goals by June, especially while using MFP. Its helped me a lot! I was also curious about TRX too! What is it?
