Hi everyone, I'm from down Tassie way. Or at least we moved there 16mths ago from sunny Perth. I am 60years old (ancient to some of you), have been on the yoyo diet game all my life I'm sure. I joined Michelle Bridges BWT for round 1 this year and have had great results. We are in week 7 and I have lost 7.2kgs and that is including a weeks holiday away. I do very limited exercise due to severe back problems, but I do walk the beach at least once a week whenever I can.

    Hi, I'm a little younger than you, nearly 49 but I know how it is regarding pain. I exercise almost everyday now so look out. :) lol Add me if you want!

    Im a born and bred Tassie girl - now living in Canberra. All my family are still down that way - which I like hehe!!

    Im from West Tamar - Launceston area, moved to Sydney when I was 24 and still make it home once or twice a year for visits. Not sure why I live in Canberra though - its just as cold here!!!!
