alright folks ,does anyone fancy a challenge for april .
my target is 10lb for the month ?????
if interested just post your target for the month and each week your up date .

Ey up! I'm in a 'lose a stone by end of April' group, but I think I'm being a bit optimistic! If I lose the 7lbs to get my weight in the 100's, I'd be delighted so I'll go for that0

bad news lost no weight this week
good news had to put extra hole in my belt to keep jeans up ,yahoo

... that's what you're calling a pure cruelty.. i drove to car wash on Texaco and ... i got Easter Egg at the till
.. i dropped it straight to the car boot. There's not a chance i will bring it home!
delmc1 that's great.. scale shows you just a number.. the "cloths check" is a way better.
so fingers crossed.
Hope Easter won't be (so) tempting for all of us.0 -

I'd set myself the challenge of getting below 200 by Saturday, but I've had an alcohol-filled weekend so I don't think I'll make it :grumble:0 -

Can I be a late comer?
Had bad first two weeks of April but going to get back into it now til the end.
Ideally would like to lose 4lbs by end of April to be under 11st.

Was 231.4lbs on 31/03/12 and this morning was 221lbs so 10.4 down for the month have to be pleased with that.May be a little less ambitious in May though.0
