easy to digest protein

Hi All,
I have been upping my cals for 9 days now but am having trouble getting in my protein. The hubs and I tried low-carb several years ago and I realized that I have a hard time digesting tons of protein. I want to find that balance of health.
I picked up Jillian Michaels protein mix today. I also got some almonds and tuna. Any other suggestions? I can do fish, but it is kind of a pain because my husband doesn't really like it. I could do it for lunches though. If fish is a suggestion, preparation ideas would be most welcome.
Thanks.

Walnuts and almonds are great (raw not salted or roasted). Easy to snack on and put in oatmeal, yogurt, etc. I keep almonds in the car at all times for snacking on the way to the gym or whenever I need to. 23 almonds = 1 oz. 14 Walnuts = 190 calories. Both have healthy fats too. Pistachios are great too 30 = 100 calories.
Other ideas: cottage cheese, greek yogurt, endamame0 -
Umm...what does one do with endamame?0
