I have logged everything I ate each day this week
I have walked at least 10,000 steps each day this week.0 -
My goal for the rest of this week is to focus on never going over in calories, and if I do, getting up and moving to burn them off.
Also a big thing for me will be to stay controlled while in NYC on food intake. ONLY eat when I'm hungry basically
Water isn't an issue any more, so I'm removing that from my list to focus on finally!

Me too! Every morning it is talking to me and I have to tell it to sit there and be quiet and quit tempting me! (Kinda like the chips... Lol)0 -
I buy flavored bottled water and mix it with half water and I can drink my 8 glassed no problem because it just take that blah water flavor away.0
