Me too! Every morning it is talking to me and I have to tell it to sit there and be quiet and quit tempting me! (Kinda like the chips... Lol)0 -
I buy flavored bottled water and mix it with half water and I can drink my 8 glassed no problem because it just take that blah water flavor away.0

an hour of exercise a day to kick start my body!..and drink more water, it wasn't very high yesterday0

To increase my water intake from 2 quarts a day, to 3 quarts a day. I also want to work my way up to running for 2 1/2 minutes. ( I know, its sad) I am currently at 2 minutes.0
