Get Moving!!

Incorporating a workout schedule in your busy life can seem impossible! Especially when you are a mother,amongst other titles!My solution to this is to set aside certain days you can workout. Then find a time in that day that you can workout peacefully without interruptions. Your time schedule may differ daily,but at least you will get some much needed fitness in! For example,I workout Mon-Wed mornings and evenings. Some days my morning workout starts at 9,but on others it may start at 11. My evening workout generally start at 6,but sometimes I dont get started till 7. I rest the remainder of the week,but occassionaly workout on Thursday mornings. Your allotted time may be 5am somedays ,but 6pm on others. You dont have to workout the same time everyday. Most people do because their schedule allows them to.

Finding the time for fitness can be easy! Dont make it hard,make it fun!!!;))

    Another suggestion is to break up your daily workout. If you cannot do 30 mins straight, do three 10 min workouts. If you came do a whole hr, then do a 1/2. Anything is better than nothing. Also try to implement daily walks. I make sure to walk a minimum of 30mins daily. Stay Motivated and Focused.
