Recovery week, anyone?

How are you guys doing?

I'm still here, following through, struggling with the diet (I'll maybe try the nutrition guide for next month, anyone with me?) but I definitely have a somewhat tighter body already! It's not that many inches but it's not as jelly-like as it was. Also, my body rejects bad food to the extent of giving me headaches if (and when) I eat really unhealthy.

Are you still on the program? What's been hardest in the first month? How do you feel about the second, aka results, month?

    I'd say the 3rd week was the toughest part of month 1 - I was really starting to flag there, but just managed to not skip any workouts. The 4th week was better b/c I was looking forward to recovery week. And now that recovery week is almost over, I'm ready to ramp up the weight loss with this final month. I feel kind of lazy this week, you know ;)
