There are going to be 3 teams.
Red team will focus on cardio goals
Blue team will focus on weight training goals
Black team will focus on eating more nutritious foods
White team will focus on staying close to their calorie goal.

I want to be on the white team as well as the red team. I need to learn to stay within my calorie goal and focus on getting regular exercise such as walking, biking, dancing, etc. I want to aim for a 10 lbs loss this month0

I would like to be on the red team. I have started C25k and it has taken me two weeks to feel comfortable doing their week one of walk 90 seconds run 60 seconds. So my goal is to be able to comfortably do their week 2 and be ready to move on to their week 3 by the end of April! Good luck everyone!0
