Wow! Great workout!

I consider myself an intermediate to advanced exerciser. I run 20 miles a week plus some strength training. I bought a few new workout dvds to switch things up and break the plateau I've been stuck on...Amy Dixon's Breathless Body is fantastic! It killed me and left me dripping in sweat-like I'd just run 5 miles at 7mph (if not sweatier!). Definitely a nice switch up in cardio-I only wish I knew how many calories it burned but I don't have an HRM. I'm going to try this dvd three times a week and see if it helps with my plateau. :) Any one else tried it?

    I don't use DVDs any more, but I did years ago. I spend my time at the YMCA now. It is good that you are changing things. We need to do that occasionally. I would be lost without my HRM. I love it. I have a Polar F6. I bought is just over two years ago. There are better ones on the market now.
